Refund Policy

Udyami Connect is a business-to-business networking and connection facilitation platform that enables Users to discover, connect with, and engage other businesses, professionals, and service providers. The Platform additionally makes available, for informational and reference purposes, a curated library of downloadable legal, commercial, and business document templates, whether offered individually or as part of bundled packages. Users expressly acknowledge that the Platform functions as a facilitator and intermediary and does not itself guarantee any specific business outcome, introduction, transaction, or result from the use of its services.

As the services rendered by Udyami Connect are in the nature of access, networking, facilitation, and information services that are made available to the User immediately upon activation or download, and are consumed, utilized, or accessed instantaneously, no refund, whether in part or in whole, shall be applicable or payable by Udyami Connect once access has been granted or a service has commenced, save as expressly provided in Clause 5 below.

• This includes, without limitation, subscription fees, membership fees, listing fees, connection or introduction fees, and charges levied for any value-added or premium feature of the Platform.
• Non-usage, partial usage, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or a change in the User's business requirements shall not, by itself, entitle a User to a refund.
• Cancellation of a subscription or account by the User at any point shall operate only prospectively and shall not entitle the User to a refund of amounts already paid for the then-current billing or service period.

Udyami Connect offers a range of legal, commercial, and business document templates on the Platform, which may be purchased individually or as bundled packages comprising multiple documents. Given the digital and instantly downloadable nature of such templates, no refund, exchange, or credit shall be provided once a document or bundle has been purchased and made available for download, irrespective of whether all documents comprised in a bundle have been downloaded, opened, or used by the User.

• Bundled document packages are offered as a composite, indivisible product, and no partial refund shall be claimed on the ground that only some of the documents within a bundle were required or used.
• Users are strongly advised to carefully review the description, scope, applicability, and suitability of a document or bundle prior to purchase.

The document templates made available on the Platform are generic, illustrative drafts intended for general reference and informational purposes only, and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any nature. Such documents may require modification, adaptation, or supplementation having regard to the specific facts, jurisdiction, and requirements applicable to a User's particular situation.

• Users are advised to exercise their own independent discretion and judgment prior to relying upon, adapting, or executing any document obtained from the Platform.
• Users are strongly encouraged to seek appropriate professional or legal advice, including from a qualified advocate or consultant, before using, relying upon, or acting upon any such document for any commercial, legal, or regulatory purpose.
• Udyami Connect shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or consequence arising out of the use, misuse, or reliance upon any document sourced from the Platform, and no refund claim shall lie on the ground of alleged unsuitability, inadequacy, or inapplicability of a document to a User's specific circumstances, such assessment being a matter squarely within the User's own discretion.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, Udyami Connect may, at its own sole and absolute discretion, and without being obligated to do so, consider a refund request in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to a proven case of duplicate payment, a verified technical failure attributable solely to the Platform that has resulted in non-delivery of the purchased service or document, or any other circumstance that Udyami Connect deems fit.

Any decision to grant a refund under this Clause, including the quantum, mode, and timeline thereof, shall rest entirely with Udyami Connect, and no User shall have any right, whether contractual or otherwise, to demand or claim a refund as a matter of right.

The grant of a refund in any particular instance shall not be construed as a precedent, waiver, or admission of liability by Udyami Connect, nor shall it entitle any other User to a similar refund in similar or comparable circumstances.

A User who wishes to raise a refund request in terms of Clause 5 may do so by writing to Udyami Connect at the contact details specified in Clause 10, setting out the details of the transaction, the payment reference, and the grounds on which a refund is sought.

Udyami Connect shall endeavor to acknowledge and examine such requests within a reasonable period of time, and its decision thereon shall be final and binding on the User.

Where a refund is approved at the discretion of Udyami Connect, the same shall ordinarily be processed to the original mode of payment within such timeline as may be communicated to the User, subject to applicable banking and payment gateway timelines, over which Udyami Connect shall have no control.

Udyami Connect shall not be liable to provide any refund on account of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any other User or third party on the Platform, failure of any connection or introduction to culminate in a business outcome, delays or failures attributable to payment gateways or banking channels, or force majeure events.

Udyami Connect reserves the right to review, amend, or modify this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The revised Policy shall be published on the Platform and shall take effect from the date of such publication. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment shall constitute acceptance of the amended Policy.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, without prejudice to any statutory forum that a Consumer may be entitled to approach under applicable consumer protection law.
